1 cup raw cashews
½ cup water
Method
- Place raw cashews in a container, submerge in water and soak for at least 5 hrs or overnight.
- Once soaked, drain the water from the cashews, add ½ cup of fresh water and blend. Add more water as needed and you’re done.
Tip:
Cashew cream can be frozen. To avoid having to plan ahead for soaking cashews, freeze into portions and use as needed.
